When you arrive for your first appointment, I will take you into the treatment room and sit with you whilst we discuss how you are, and what your needs are from the session. During the initial informal consultation I will take some details about your medical history, working, and social life. With the information gained during this conversation, I will be able to tailor a unique treatment session that is specific to you, making sure that the massage you receive targets any key areas that need attention.

Once the consultation is over, I will leave the room whilst you undress to a level you are comfortable with and lie on the massage table underneath a full length drape. When the massage begins, the only parts of the body that will be uncovered from the sheet are your head and the area that I am currently massaging. I will check in with you during the massage to ensure you are comfortable and that the pressure is okay. I welcome any feedback, so please don't feel that you need to stay quiet if at any point the pressure is too much, or not enough.

Once the massage is finished, I will once again leave the room whilst you get dressed. When I return, we will discuss the treatment and any relevant aftercare / rehab exercises. Lastly, I will take payment, and book in any future appointments, if applicable.

My motto: To bring your body back to balance, within an environment of comfort, warmth and relaxation.
